Deep tissue
massage~ A slow and
specific style massage that can be felt as
"deep", but this approach relieves chronic
muscular tension and pain; scar tissue is broken
up; good communication is essential with
therapist
Myofascial technique~
Lengthening of connective tissue by stretching
and releasing; deep scar tissues unwind and
receive oxygen; holding patterns are reset;
muscle memory is restored.
Accupressure~ Energy
meridians are massaged using firm pressure
directed at specific points in the body; allows
better flow of energy (Qi); deeply
relaxing.
Somatic therapy~ Intuitive
emotional body touch and response testing, can
be done fully clothed or addition to
swedish.
Side-Lying~ Used for swedish
PRE-NATAL/Pregnancy massage, and also
alternative position for low
back/hip/stomach/chest injuries .
Hot Stone Massage~ Dry
brushing is done first on the whole body to
stimulate the lymphatic system. Hot basalt
lava rocks (130-140 degrees) are applied to
the body with generous amounts of massage oil to
melt away muscle tension and
stress.

Body Scrub treatment ~
One hour body treatment that
consists of dry brushing, then specific body
scrub is briskly applied to the whole
body. The majority of the product
is removed with hot towels, but a shower
may be required to completely remove scrub.

Mud wraps are
done using fango mud which is applied, wrapped,
and taken off using hot towels.
Aromatherapy wrap is done by infusing muslin cloth in a
